The Fit For Life project is designed for adults aged 16 to 90, in fact
anyone who is rehabilitating from illness, or who has a disability. It
aims to encourage a healthy lifestyle through effective and safe exercise
in a friendly environment.
Our aim is to provide, promote and increase opportunities for exercise and physical activity in the borough of Reigate and Redhill for people with all kinds of disability; learning, physical or sensory, as well as those with health conditions such as coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, strokes and mental health problems.
Regardless of disability or chronic illness, by maintaining a healthy lifestyle, combining exercise and sensible eating, everyone can enjoy an improved quality of life as well as the benefits of lower stress levels.
