A Better Quality of Life
What’s more, as we are a not-for-profit organisation, your gym membership fees contribute to our services, supporting vulnerable people in your local community.
At the YMCA we believe that everyone should be able to participate and benefit from a physically active lifestyle, regardless of age, ability or health needs. We strive to provide flexible, affordable and accessible sport and exercise that brings the whole community together.
Fitness Gym creates a personal programme to help you challenge yourself in a safe and friendly environment and a therapy room to have your stresses massaged away.
Studio Classes with over 50 classes running throughout the day and evening there is something to suit all levels.
Disability Services supports those with a disability or serious health condition to be physically active, through services such as Fit for Life and Active Living.
MEND (Mind Exercise Nutrition Do it) helps families work together to get fit, and stay that way.
Active Sports offers competitive and team sports for those who like group sports.
Little Roos Creche helps parents maintain the fitness levels needed to keep up with their little ones.
