We can provide a suitable tenancy agreement.
We offer landlords potential tenants who have been first assessed for their suitability to hold down a tenancy.
References are obtained for all applications.
A guarantee in place of a deposit.
A free and thorough inventory of your property.
We keep in regular contact with all our landlords and tenants to halt any problems occuring, and can offer advice relating to housing policies.

Our service is provided free of charge. You can be assured that landlords' needs are taken extremely seriously by Nextstep.

Registering with Nextstep

… Couldn't be easier. We will provide you with a registration pack which illustrates our services.
We will visit your property, where we will ask you some basic information and where both parties will have an opportunity to discuss tenancies and we can answer any questions.

What does Nextstep ask of Landlords?

You have have property within the Reigate and Banstead Borough Council area.
Accept the Nextstep guarantee on behalf of your tenant.
Your property should be basic health and safety requirements.
