Reigate and Redhill YMCA is a powerhouse of support for vulnerable and disadvantaged people in Surrey.  It’s our job to help them become all that they can, and by joining us, it can be yours too!

In order to deliver our wide range of services to the community we need enthusiastic and committed staff to join us. We employ over 100 members of staff in many diverse roles from housing support staff to play workers, from fitness instructors to community sports coaches and from counsellors to administrative support roles. We also employ bank staff and seasonal staff to help us during peak periods and also welcome help from volunteers.
